HOMEMADE CORNED BEEF HASH 
1 can corned beef
4 potatoes
1 onion
butter
Salt & pepper

Slice onion and saute in small amount of butter. Add peeled and cubed potatoes, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer covered about 5 minutes.

Crumble canned corned beef over the top. Mix well. Continue to cook until potatoes begin to lose shape. Remove from heat before potatoes become mush.
