BAKED HAM SLICE-SAUTERNE 
2 lb. sliced ham (left from baked ham)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. white dinner wine

Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and butter. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in raisins and wine. Pour over ham and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes or until tender.
