MARINATED MUSHROOMS II 
2/3 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lb. sm. fresh mushrooms substitute 3-4 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms

Combine ingredients in large jar. Add mushrooms. Cover and marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator. Marinating overnight is even better.
