MARINATED CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI
AND MUSHROOMS
 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 (8 oz.) can whole mushroom caps (drained)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Break cauliflower, broccoli into flowerettes. Drop into boiling water for approximately 3 minutes. Drain. Add mushrooms. Pour Italian dressing over mix and let marinate at least 1 hour at room temperature. Drain off dressing and serve. Serves 8.
