LAURETTE'S PINEAPPLE SQUARES 
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix 2 1/4 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into greased 8 1/2 x 12 inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Cream 1/2 cup softened butter. Add sugar and eggs and beat until light. Spread over cooled crust. Drain pineapple well. Fold into whipped cream. Spread over second layer. Sprinkle 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs on top. Let stand and chill several hours.
