IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
The pie that does the impossible by making its own crust.

1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 to 13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Pre-Heat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Mix and beat all ingredients together in blender on high speed until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
