4TH OF JULY MOLDED SALAD 
12 c. oiled mold
16 oz. fresh strawberries

Line bottom of mold. 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Combine until smooth. 1 1/2 c. cream cheese 2 tbsp. whipping cream

Combine until smooth. 1 1/2 c. boiling water 16 oz. drained canned blueberries 3/4 c. blueberry syrup

Combine.

Add strawberry mixture to bottom of mold. Let chill, 45 minutes or longer. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Let chill 45 minutes or longer. Add blueberry mixture. Let chill 1 hour or longer. Unmold and serve in lettuce cups.
