4TH OF JULY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well in bowl. Bake in 10x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Good with Butter Frosting.

BUTTER FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
About 2 tbsp. milk

Blend well and frost cooled cake.
