NO COOK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1/2 c. peanuts, optional
1 c. chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
6 oz. cream cheese
3 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt in microwave peanut butter chips and cream cheese. Then add sugar, milk and vanilla and beat well. Press 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top. Then freeze for 5 minutes to set chocolate quickly. Press remaining peanut butter mixture on top. Best if kept in the refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
