ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix first amount of flour and sugar in small bowl. In a large bowl, pour egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until foamy. Then add sugar; beat until holds peaks. Add flavorings. Gently fold in flour and sugar mixture. Bake at 375 degrees. Pour into a tube pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Invert and let cool.
