3 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can tomato sauce

Put roast on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil (or double if using thin foil). Pour 1 package of onion soup mix over top and sides. Fold securely and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

Note: If desired use tomato sauce for a BBQ roast.
