ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Grate zucchini, skin and all. Cream sugar, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Stir well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
