MUSHROOM SPREAD 
1 sm. can mushrooms, sauteed (chopped)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Thin with milk if desired

Blend all ingredients together. Chill. Serve on cocktail rye bread or crackers.
