BREADED FISH CAKES 
3 med. potatoes
1 c. cooked fish, any variety
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Cook potatoes in water until soft. Drain and mash. Mix with cooked fish flaked. Add egg and milk. Mix well. Shape into cakes or patties. Bread with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
