MOCHA CHOCOLATE CHIP CASSEROLE 
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
12 oz. Nestle Little Bits semisweet chocolate, divided
2/3 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 env. unflavored gelatin
4 tsp. Taster's Choice freeze-dried coffee

In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup Nestle Little Bits and butter; mix well. Pat into 9 inch springform pan covering bottom and 2 1/2 inches up sides; set aside. In saucepan, combine milk and Taster's Choice freeze-dried coffee; sprinkle gelatin on top; set aside 1 minute. Cook mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin and coffee dissolve; set aside. In bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy; then beat in sweetened condensed milk with gelatin mixture. Fold in remaining 1 cup Nestle Little Bits and whipped cream; pour into prepared pan. Chill; remove rim.
