SAUSAGE BREAD | |
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix 2 lb. bulk sausage 5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. onion powder Prepare crust as directed on box. Let rise. While dough is rising, brown sausage and drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into a 10 x 12 inch piece. Spread each piece with half of sausage mixture. Roll up, jelly roll style. Seal ends. Brush with egg or milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown. Makes 2 loaves. |
