EASY AND BEST ROTEL DIP! 
1 lb. bulk sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel tomatoes
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese

Brown sausage on stove top. After its browned add the Rotel then add the cream cheese. Melt it all together.

Once cooled use tortilla chips to dip with.
