CHICKEN SUPREME CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
8 slices dried beef
8 slices bacon, lightly fried and drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 carton sour cream
2 tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)

Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of dried beef, then a piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Combine soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour over wrapped chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
