"HOMEMADE" POTATO SOUP 
6 potatoes, peeled and cut
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 carrots, pared and sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced, including leaves
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
5 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
1/3 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients except milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on low all day. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour.
