PEACH PIE 
1 pkg. apricot flavor Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. ice cubes
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
3/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 pt. thin sliced peaches
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked and cooled

Completely dissolve Jello in boiling water; add ice cubes and stir until melted. Prepare pie filling mix with milk as directed on package for pie. Let stand about 2 minutes. Blend in Jello. Chill if necessary until thickened. Combine whipped topping and peaches and fold into mixture. Pour into crust and garnish with finely chopped nuts.
