SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. lean pork, cut into sm. cubes
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. mango, sliced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook pork in oil until done. Sprinkle with flour and stir until blended. Add chicken broth, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Mix well. Add green pepper and mango. Simmer until sauce thickens.
