RICE CELERY HOTDISH 
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper
1 lb. onion, diced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can water

Brown hamburger, onion and celery together; drain fat. Combine all ingredients together. Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish at 350 degrees until brown on sides and top, about 30-40 minutes until rice is soft. May add crushed cereal on top.
