CHINESE SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
7 oz. pkg. cooked spaghetti
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can fancy mixed Chinese vegetables, drained
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat, then add onion and celery and cook until tender. Add spaghetti, tomatoes and vegetables and place in casserole dish. Cover top with grated cheese and bake at 350°F until cheese is bubbly, 5 to 6 servings.
