PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH HOT BACON
DRESSING
 
1/2 lb. bacon ends
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water

Brown bacon. Mix sugar and flour in mixing bowl. Beat in mustard and egg until smooth. Gradually add milk, vinegar and water. Pour over bacon and slowly bring to a boil, stir until thick.
