BAKED STEW 
1 slice bread
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, diced
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cauliflower, if desired
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can green beans
4 lg. onions, cut in half
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
2 bay leaves

Break bread and place in bottom of a large baking dish. Add other ingredients. Bake covered 5-7 hours in 250 degree oven. Stir once or twice.
