PINEAPPLE-ORANGE CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 can Mandarin orange slices, drained
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix all ingredients in large bowl 3 to 4 minutes. Grease and flour 3 cake pans.

Bake at 325°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

Icing:

1 can Mandarin orange slices, drained and chopped
1 large Cool Whip
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix and spread between layers.
