SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 1/2 lbs. lg. fresh shrimp, unpeeled
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
Hot cooked rice

Peel and devein shrimp. Place in single layer in 15x10x1 inch jellyroll pan; set aside. Combine next 8 ingredients. Pour over shrimp. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
