DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) jello chocolate pie filling
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled

Combine pie filling mix and milk in saucepan. Add butter and chocolate. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

Pour into a cool pie shell and chill for 3 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls or meringue. Or, try this:

CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
