TANDOORI CHICKEN 
1 sm. chicken
2 oz. butter
1 lemon
2 oz. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. plain yogurt
1 tsp. red chili powder
4 oz. papaya
2 oz. garlic

Clean chicken. Grind papaya, ginger, garlic, chilies and salt into a fine paste. Mix in the yogurt. Add the lime juice and butter. Rub chicken with the paste. Cover the chicken and keep aside. Put in a dish and bake until ready. Serve warm.
