CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 boiled chicken, deboned
1 onion
1 bell pepper

Saute onion and pepper.

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of wide egg noodles
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together deboned chicken; saute onion and pepper, both cans of soup and 1/2 the grated cheese. Boil noodles in water left from chicken. Drain and mix with above ingredients. Top with remaining cheese. Use covered casserole dish. Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
