CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
1/2 head cabbage, diced
4 - 6 green onions
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, crunched (discard mix)
1 can water chestnuts

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate. Add following dressing and toss 1 - 2 hours before serving.

DRESSING;
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil - less 1 tbsp.
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. MSG (optional)
3 tbsp. rice vinegar, plain, not seasoned

Blend.
