MICROWAVE ONE-STEP LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1 jar (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
6 lasagna noodles (uncooked), trimmed to fit 10 inch square dish
2 c. Ricotta cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Place beef in 2 quart micro-proof bowl. Cook (Micro Hi) 5 minutes, stirring once; drain liquid. Add spaghetti sauce and water and mix well.

Spread 1/3 meat mixture in 10 inch square dish. Arrange half of uncooked lasagna noodles over mixture. Spread with half of Ricotta and sprinkle with 1 cup of Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with meat mixture.

Top with Parmesan. Cover with double layer of plastic wrap. Cook (Micro Hi) 20 minutes. Change oven setting to Micro 50; cook 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella. Cook Micro Hi 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
