MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 egg
1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In medium bowl, thoroughly combine meat, eggs, oats, onion, half the tomato sauce, Italian herb and celery salt. Shape ring around custard cup in center of pie plate. Shape rin so meat does not touch sides of dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at full power (high) for 5 minutes. Pour off juices. Stir brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard into remaining tomato sauce. Spoon tomato glaze over ring. Give dish a half turn. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at 30% (medium low) for 8 to 9 minutes. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
