1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or oil
2/3 c. molasses
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. blueberries

Beat egg, sugar, melted butter and molasses. Add flour, soda, salt alternately with hot water. Fold berries coated with 2 tbsp. flour into cake. Pour in greased 8x12 or 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
