2 squares baking chocolate
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 scant c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

In saucepan, melt chocolate and cooking oil. Then stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Then sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Chill for 1 hour. After dampening your hands, form it into little balls, roll them in powdered sugar, and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
