2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 scant c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt together chocolate and cooking oil. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to first mixture. Chill for 1 hour. After dampening hands, form dough into balls. Roll in powdered sugar and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
