BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1 pkg. blueberries
6-8 pkg. Sweet One sugar substitute
1 c. water
2 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. milk

Heat until bubbly the first 3 ingredients, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to a bit of water, then add to blueberry mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Mix the Bisquick mix with the milk and drop on top of blueberries. Bake at 400 degree for 15 to 20 minutes. Any variety of berries may be used. Good for diabetics.
