PINEAPPLE CREAM FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 tbsp. drained pineapple

Combine all ingredients except pineapple. Beat until fluffy with portable mixer; fold in pineapple. Frost cool cake.
