CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix
4 lg. chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. + 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Prepare stuffing mix according to package. Place in greased 10x13x2 baking pan. Place cooked broccoli on top of stuffing. Cut cooked chicken into small pieces and place on top of broccoli.

Blend soup with 1 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread crumbs with 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and cover all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
