PASTA FRIO 
1 lb. spaghetti or linguini
1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Italian dressing (Kraft is good)
All or any combination of fresh vegetables:
Cucumbers
Carrots
Red peppers
Green peppers
Scallions or red onion
Squash
Tomatoes
Broccoli/cauliflowe r

Cook spaghetti according to directions, rinse in cold water and drain. Cut vegetables of your choice into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate. Best when served cold.
