MACARONI-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. macaroni, cooked
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 c. celery soup
2 c. grated sharp cheese

Brown sausage in skillet. Add onion. Place sausage mixture in greased casserole. Add macaroni. Combine eggs, milk, and soup in double boiler, mix well. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir until melted. Pour cheese sauce over sausage mixture in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
