PEACHES & CREAM COOKIES 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Vermouth (sweet)
Red food coloring
Thank You brand vanilla pudding

Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar and oil. Add flour and baking powder. Mix. Dough is very thick. Refrigerate overnight.

Use level tablespoon to measure out cookie sized dough balls. Roll dough into perfectly smooth balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Bottoms will be brown, tops white.

Scoop out 1/2 inch hole in bottoms of cookies. Fill with pudding mix. Pudding mix = 1 can Thank You brand vanilla pudding mixed with 1 teaspoon vermouth.

Put 2 cookies together. Let cool thoroughly. Dip paris into vermouth colored with yellow and red food coloring. Roll double cookies in finely granulated sugar. Store in empty egg cartons.
