CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 lg. fryer, cut into quarters
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 envelope of Liptons onion soup mix
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans of water

Put rice in bottom of baking dish. Mix onion soup, chicken soup, and water together and pour over rice. Layer chicken over mixture. Season with garlic salt, Lawry's seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours until chicken is brown. Very good.
