EGG ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. onion salt
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar

Brown these ingredients together; set aside.

1 lb. shredded cabbage, carrots & celery mix 1 (10 1/2 oz.) block tofu

Stir fry these ingredients in small amount of oil then mix with meat. Let cool. Wrap in egg roll shells. Deep fry until golden brown. Makes about 30.
