NO EGG - ORANGE-COCOA CAKE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel (I use 1 tbsp.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. cooking oil

Stir together dry ingredients. Combine milk, juice and oil; stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Spray 8x8x2 pan or a 9 inch round pan with Pam. Pour cocoa mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Top with powdered sugar, or Cool Whip. Makes 9 servings.
