NO-EGG ORANGE-COCOA CAKE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. cooking oil
Nonstick coating spray
Sifted powdered sugar

Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, orange peel, and salt. Combine milk, orange juice, and oil; stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Spray an 8x8x2 inch or 9-inch round baking pan with nonstick spray coating. Pour cocoa mixture into pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on a wire rack. Top with sifted powdered sugar.
