HOT CHEESY CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red ground pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Discard wing tips. Cut wings into 2 pieces at wings joint, making two mini drumsticks. Mix together cheeses and spices. Dip wings in melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
