WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. milk (may use buttermilk)
2 tsp. vinegar (omit if using buttermilk)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Put ingredients in mixing bowl in order given and mix well. Bake on griddle.
