WARM SLAW 
Med. head cabbage
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Shred cabbage in microwave dish. Pour red wine vinegar over cabbage and dot with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid or Saran Wrap and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Let stand a few minutes. Toss and serve.

This is great with fish!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
