SORT OF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger (chuck)
1 lb. extra wide noodles
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 can peas (reg. size)
1 can sliced carrots (reg. size)
1 med. onion
1 can golden mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Dill
Worcestershire sauce
Kitchen Bouquet gravy mix

Brown meat and diced onion with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce (to taste). Add mushroom soup and 1 can water. Mix well in skillet. Add peas and carrots, cans drained.

While meat is browning, cook noodles (undercook) drain and set aside. Pour skillet mixture into large pot, add sour cream and 2 dashes gravy mix, mix well. Add noodles, heat 2 minutes and mix and serve.

Serves 6.
